By accessing or using the Lingo app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription and Licensing

Kudasoft offers two tiers of access for the Lingo app:

• Lingo Pro ($5): A one-time, non-recurring 12-month license. Access automatically lapses after twelve (12) months unless a new license key is manually purchased by the user.
• Lingo Lifetime ($15): A one-time payment license access to the Pro features of the Lingo app for the "Life of the Product."

2. Definition of "Lifetime" access

A "Lifetime" license refers to the lifetime of the Lingo app product. This grants you access to all current and future Pro features for as long as Kudasoft actively maintains and offers the Lingo app to the public. In the event of product discontinuation or company dissolution, Kudasoft’s obligations under this license are considered fulfilled.

3. Billing and Cancellations

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. License payments are non-recurring. Credit card payments processed immediately via Stripe.

4. Additional Fees

Internet connection fees required to download and run the software are borne by the customer. (No hidden shipping or consumption tax charges applied at checkout).

5. Refund Policy

To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 7-day "Freshness Guarantee" refund guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with Lingo Pro or Lingo Lifetime, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, all sales — specifically Lingo Lifetime licenses — are considered final and non-refundable.

6. Delivery Time

Digital license keys are generated and provided immediately on screen and via email upon successful checkout confirmation.

7. Open Source Software

Parts of the Lingo app may include open-source software components. Your use of these components is governed by the respective open-source licenses. Kudasoft is proud to support the open-source community as part of our mission.
